Fete 2018 Saturday 19th May, 3 weeks earlier than usual. If you would be willing to donate any unwanted gifts you got at Christmas to the Fete that would be appreciated. Please contact Philip Salter and he'll arrange to collect. Also it would be helpful you could start gathering used clothes in good condition, unwanted toys and your unwanted books. We are not in a position to receive these items until the week before the Fete. So, if you are spring cleaning or clearing out cupboards between now and then, please remember “Don’t throw it away, save it for May.” All donations welcome. If you haven't helped before at the Fete and you are in a position to do so in 2018 do get in touch.

Dublin and Glendalough Kids’ Camp 1-6 July 2018
We currently have a small team of young adult leaders, supported by several clergy and diocesan resources. We are looking to recruit an additional 2-3 leaders! Could this be the camp for you? We’re looking for people who: are experienced in children’s ministry; have a love of sharing God’s word and helping young people to apply it in their lives; like being part of a team and sharing their creativity.
Candidates will need to provide references and are subject to Garda vetting. The camp takes place at the Glencree Centre for Peace and Reconciliation in Co Wicklow. Leaders need to be available for the camp from the afternoon of Sunday, 1 July, through to the afternoon of 6 July. Team meetings begin occurring regularly from April, and we try to find times and locations to facilitate everyone’s participation. Leaders are provided room and board and pocket money for the week and are included in all outings and activities. If you would like an application form please contact Abigail: email email@example.com or phone 01 677 8099.
Simon Community Your support would be appreciated: Tea, coffee, sugar or other non-perishable food, or small items of clothing. Donation Box at back of church.
