we are a praying church

about

prayer

in St

Matthias

In Acts 2:42 we see how the first church in Jerusalem devoted themselves to prayer.  We prioritise prayer in our times of worship together and we meet on the first Monday of the month to pray for our parish and our community in Killiney Ballybrack.  We encourage all members of the parish to pray.  Our parish is registered as part of the Anglican Communion's global prayer initiative Thy Kingdom Come (further information can be found here.)

There are lots of apps and websites available to help us with our own life of prayer including the Daily Worship App featured below.
